Shrimp, tuna quiche

I got to know this yummy quiche's recipe from my friend Henkka (hej Henkka! :) ), who learned it from his Mom! Very easy, tasty quiche it is - Tack så mycket Henkka and to your Mom! :) i hope i didn't forget any ingredient to add ;)

You'll need:

Shrimps : 250-300 gr
Canned tuna : 100 gr
Ready made base for the pies
Eggs: 3
Butter: 20 gr
Creme Fraiche : 400 gr
Salt and black, red pepper
Dill: 1 bundle

Just do it!

1. Crack the eggs and mix them well.

2. Add creme fraiche to egg mixture and mix them together.

3. Add black  red peppers to the mixture (based on your taste). As tuna was already salty i didn't add additional salt into it.

4. At last add shrimps (you can cut them in half if they are bigger than 2 centimeter), tuna (dump it's water first) and chopped dill. Mix it all well and set aside to fridge.

5. Meanwhile, take clean baking pan and put either cover it's bottom with baking paper or rub a little bit of butter all over the bottom and the walls so quiche neither burns nor get's stuck to the pan.

6. When pan is ready, place there ready made dough for the pies (i'll give you recipe on how to make such dough yourself in the further posts ;). Let's the dough to rest and get warm.

7. Gradually start gently pressing the dough towards the sides. As my pan was too deep i kept dough until the middle of the pan's sides. While stretching the dough, ensure that it doesn't have hole(s) in it, if it does gather nearby dough near the whole, pinch and pad it to close the hole.

8. When dough is ready on the pan, pour the mixture on top of it and even it.

9. Preheat the oven in 200C degrees (392F) and place the pan in the middle of the oven and let it bake for 20-25 minutes, or untill you see the sides of quiche (i.e. dough) is mid-brown-ish.

10. My sleeping beauty :)

11. Ready. Set. Eat! :)

Thank you Henkka and to your Mom! :)
