'Serpentin' cookie


'Serpentin' cookie





★You'll need to have:



◆ Butter-200gr
◆ Sugar- 200gr
◆ Vanilla sugar- 2tsp
◆ Egg-2
◆ Flour- 400-450gr
◆ Soda- 0.5 tsp
◆ Cocoa- 4tbsp

★You'll need to do:

◆ Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar

◆ Add eggs and mix the mass


◆ Add soda, flour and knead the dough


◆ Divide dough into two parts. Leave one plain part aside, and add cocoa to another one.



◆  Roll both balls as a square shape. Make sure they are equal size. Put dark dough square on top of plain one, roll it so it will look like a 'sausage'. Leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes, that will make it easy to cut it into little pieces.


◆  After 15 minutes take the roll out of the freezer, and divide it into 1sm thick pieaces. Place them on the baking paper on oven-tray (or buttered oven tray, in case if you don't have baking paper). Bake it in pre-heated oven (180C) for 15-20 mins.
